My Story

I've worked with people in many settings over my 30 year career - from schools and colleges and latterly in prisons, working with prisoners and staff.  Wherever I've worked, I've approached individuals with kindness, compassion and care. I believe that change and transformation is possible and have developed a way of working with people so they feel heard, understood and valued.

In counselling sessions, I work alongside you, building trust by showing complete acceptance and compassion. Together we build a safe space where we can walk through issues such as grief and loss, suicide and self harm, relationship difficulties, anxiety and fear, guilt and shame or just the feeling that something isn't right and you want to work out what that might be.

I invite you to get in touch if you want to explore how I might be able to support you.

I work in a person centred way and use a wide range of techniques to support you.

I can work with individuals and with groups in a corporate setting and available for consultancy on staff wellbeing.
